Currently have an opening with our client for a Technical Support Specialist.
This contract to start with direct hire option after contract.
Provide first line (Level 1) support for customer seeking technical support via phone, email and chat
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
Bachelor Degree in related field
Customer service experience with excellent communication skills via phone, email and online chat
Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS/browser and hardware troubleshooting
Experience with help desk ticketing systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
Ability to use web and video applications
Good problem-solving skills and follow through
Bilingual capabilities a plus
