Opening with our client for a Telecommunications Administrator.
Looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of telecommunication systems experience (i.e. Avaya/Cisco, IP systems)
In this role, you are responsible for managing a cloud-based VoIP communications telephone system platform which includes call routing, call center management and third-party hardware/software integrations.
Provide support and primary administrative function for all phone systems
Lead end-to-end port processes for legacy phone carriers/numbers to new cloud VoIP system
Configure and manage route lists, patterns, hunt groups, global directories and auto attendants
Maintain proper documentation on all phone systems
Provide configuration and problem resolution support for the company's telephone system
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Information Technology
3 to 5 years experience in a telecommunications systems administration (i.e. Avaya/Cisco, IP systems) within retail industry or managing systems for multiple locations
Extensive knowledge of phone systems, call recording systems, and wide area networks
Excellent documentation skills
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
Valid PA Driver’s License and current liability insurance
