Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for a Talent Data Coordinator in the Global Operations & Innovation Center (GOIC) in Wheeling, WV.
Our GOIC in Wheeling, West Virginia, is home to more than 300 members. Established more than a decade ago, it was the first centralized administrative operation in a major law firm. Our GOIC location is within commuting distance of the greater Pittsburgh area and Ohio Valley, including: Pittsburgh, Carnegie, Moon, Robinson, Cranberry, Green Tree, Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, Southpointe, Bridgeville, McKees Rocks, Upper St. Clair, McMurray, Canonsburg and Washington; St. Clairsville, New Martinsville, Cambridge and the Weirton-Steubenville metro area.
What responsibilities will you have? As a Talent Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for the integrity, normalization, and cleansing of the LawCruit applicant tracking system. You will work directly with the Talent Data Analyst to maintain the integrity of candidates’ data and ensuring consistent accurate processing for all Partner, Attorney and Staff data on a global basis. You will work to ensure compliance with Orrick's data standards for our LawCruit system.
Enter candidate information into the attorney and staff LawCruit databases for all Partner, Attorney and Staff candidates globally on a timely basis. This includes backlog and future applicants.
Monitor outlook mailboxes for applicant details and requests. Follows up with Attorney Recruiting or HR on questions regarding the applicant information as needed.
Add supplemental documents to candidate profiles.
Troubleshoot inaccuracies in LawCruit by working with the Talent Data Analyst, Recruiting & HR representatives to ensure LawCruit status is current.
Work with the Talent Data Analyst on data cleansing LC to improve data integrity.
Assist the Talent Data Analyst with basic reporting. This includes:
Monitor monthly active candidate reports
Prepare search firm reports as needed
Basic Diversity Reporting
Assist with Affirmative Action Plan reporting
Assist Partner Recruiting with arranging interview schedules in LawCruit, adding interviewer feedback, running evaluation reports and searching LawCruit for previous contact/knowledge of candidates.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2 to 3 years of experience in a professional services organization required. Prior knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office including Excel/Word and Windows environment required. Experience with Pivot Tables is preferred.
Familiarity with database management systems a plus.
Able to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent customer focus, along with strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Must have strong attention to detail and be highly accurate.
Ability to multi-task and organize information in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to adapt to flexible work hours as necessary to meet the business requirements of the Firm.
