SUMMARY This opportunity is with a logistics services provider in Cranberry Township, PA. We are looking for a business professional with strong data management / analytical skills to process operations paperwork. This person will report to the Controller.
Eighty percent of this job is: • Entering and coding customer order files into operations software • Auditing data and paperwork for correctness • Exporting data from operations software to accounting software • Processing cash, ACH, and credit card payments Twenty percent of this job is: • Accounts payable • Miscellaneous accounting, reporting, balancing, and general ledger work • Responding to customer calls about their bills and collections
This is a full-time career opportunity with a Monday – Friday daylight work schedule. Little to no overtime. Competitive compensation is offered including benefits. Training will be given, including the accounting aspects of the role.
REQUIREMENTS • At least two years of experience of analyzing and auditing paperwork • Not overwhelmed by the volume of files and documents to be processed • Well organized, excellent attention to detail, able to multitask, and manage timeframes • Will need to be patient with training and ask questions • Customer service skills • Proficient in Excel • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug, and alcohol screen
