A growing, specialized technology company, located in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Client Support Representative.
Will interact directly with clients and provide the support necessary to ensure customers have a positive experience.
Answer phones and respond to emails and chat inquiries.
Responsible for order and data entry.
Perform customer outreach calls.
Engage clients via outbound calls and emails.
Responsible for client onboarding and training.
Salesforce CRM management.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year of related experience
Proficient in Google Suite (Email, Docs, Sheets and Slides)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Salesforce highly desired
Must have strong organizational skills
Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Strong time management, detail-oriented and prioritization skills
Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal direct supervision
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm
Additional Salary Information: Pay rate depends on experience
