Right now, we are working with a unique specialty home accessory retailer located in Butler, PA to find an energetic, friendly, action oriented Inside Sales Professional to join their small, established team. In this role you’ll help your customers by: • Providing a welcoming environment • Educating customers on unique products and service offerings • Respond to customer inquiries • Work to resolve issues • Ensure product and service quality • Assist customers with forms and paperwork • Complete ongoing education on product and service trends and updates • Assist with coordination of shipments and deliveries • Other sales, customer, and internal support as needed
This is a full-time opportunity offering a varied, retail schedule, benefits, and an hourly pay rate commensurate with experience.
If you have professional sales experience and: • Are professional, helpful, and friendly • Have excellent attention to detail and are well organized • Are familiar with basic office equipment and computers / POS • Have a desire to learn and grow • Aren’t afraid of a fast pace and some hard work • Can learn quickly and work well with others • Can pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
