SUMMARY We search our little world over to find awesome people to work with our customers. Our customers are awesome companies in the North Pittsburgh region. This position is with a distribution company in Butler. In this role you will: • Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction. • Respond to customer calls for product services. • Coordinate and schedule services between customers and service staff. • Work with suppliers and customers to identify solutions to resolve issues. • Ensure quality of in-stock products and sample merchandise. • Inspect merchandise prior to delivery to ensure highest quality. • Communicate with customers using text messaging service. • Work on raising internet reputation reviews using text messaging program. • Coordinate with sales staff to make sure thank you notes are sent out to customers.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a schedule of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and an hourly pay rate of $15 plus incentive and benefits package as well as a helpful and friendly team atmosphere.
