Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED required, college degree preferred • Three years of experience administering loans required • Must have good organizational/priority setting skills; ability to work on multiple tasks • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills • Must have a capacity to learn Dollar Bank’s commercial loan system, products, services, policies and procedures • Ability to apply job knowledge and sound judgment to problem-solving/decision making situations • Proofreading skills and attention to detail required • Working knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel Principle Activities and Duties: • Assists loan officers in preparing credit proposals by ordering appraisals, credit, property and flood reports, verifying deposit and loan account balances and other financial statement information • Prepares loan documentation and follow up for receipt of requested/required information • Prepares commercial loan system input worksheets to establish new accounts and service existing accounts • Creates and maintains credit files • Coordinates the opening and servicing of liability product accounts with the Corporate Services Dept., branches and Private Banking transaction centers • Performs servicing and maintenance of accounts/relationships • Interacts with other departments, particularly Credit, Loan Operations, Corporate Services and Private Banking transaction centers to respond to customer inquiries and requests. • Compose routine correspondence • Performs other duties as necessary BENEFITS: Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with immediate vesting, tuition reimbursement, and gym membership reimbursement.
