Our client is looking for an M&A Manager in their corporate services group to support growth. This person will play a key role in the design and executive of the merger and acquisition strategy. The M&A Manager will lead the process from A to Z, including pipeline generation to post-merger integration.
Identify for disciplined investment and directly pipelining companies that would be viable business targets
Conducting due diligences
Negotiating purchase terms and contract
Responsible for providing oversight and implementation of the integration process of acquired companies
Coordinate with acquired executives on disciplinary and performance processes and ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements as well as assure integration into company culture
3-5 years of relevant work experience in M&A
Experience in M&A with deal sizes of $5M+
IT Solutions and Staffing deal experience a plus
Proven track record of (at least one) successful acquisition
Master of Business Administration
