Nokomis Inc. is a high technology company and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO. In this role you will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The Executive Assistant works one-on-one with our CEO on a wide variety of matters. You must be flexible and organized to meet the demands of our growing organization. You will have a cheery disposition, impeccable organizational skills, and have prior experience working as an Executive Assistant. Executive Administrative Assistant Job Duties: · Must be flexible and travel to both our McDonald, PA and Charleroi, PA offices · Manages and maintains the CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel · Conserves the CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications · Assists the CEO with both personal and business errands · Self-manages important tasks and facilitate task completion · Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally · Enthusiasm for filling in for other administrative roles as needed i.e. front desk receptionist · Delegates tasks as appropriate to other members of the team · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing various tasks as needed Qualifications: · Past experience working in an Executive Assistant role is required · Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload · High level of discretion and confidentiality · Excellent communication and writing skills · Extremely detail oriented · Proactive, self-starter and excellent initiative · Ability to seamlessly draft high-quality correspondence · Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook · Capable of operating a multi-line phone system · Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred Job Types: Full-time, Contract |
