Lead a successful team of Sales Development Representatives with a goal to generate demand via targeted communication channels (email, social networks, and phone)
Create enablement materials and refine call scripts, email templates, and social media tactics that inspire engagement
Nurture and build relationships with new connections and qualify them for the Business Development team
Meet and exceed you lead generation targets, aiding your team in hitting theirs
Uncover new potential customers and target industries through continued market research
Utilize our CRM + sales automation platform to personalize at scale and track all pertinent information related to the prospective customer and to effectively manage leads
Create analytics that deliver insights, drive daily activity, and improve outcomes
Develop and support a strong go-to-market culture, where we win as a team
Collaborate regularly with Marketing, Technology, and Business Development teams
Host presentations and product demonstrations expertly
4+ years experience in sales considered an asset and possess a passion for marketing, sales, business development, leadership, and relationship building
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field of study, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
Proven experience in people management and growing a successful Enterprise Sales Development team
Trained and stays abreast with industry best practices for both inbound and outbound prospecting tactics and techniques
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable and professional while talking on the phone and via online correspondence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and the desire to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results
Using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Office Suite, etc. is a plus
Must be capable of self-guided learning to solve problems when necessary
Experience conducting market research too identify opportunities for business growth
An established business appropriate Twitter handle and LinkedIn considered an asset
Knows the ins and outs of the agency world and previous work experience with large brands is beneficial but not required
