A Sr. Sales Executive forges new business, develops accounts, and provides service support. This is achieved with proven consultative selling skills to identify opportunities and set sales strategies for defines area, territory, or target accounts. A Sr. Sales Executive drives sales growth by networking, prospecting, qualifying leads and assessing customer needs. Reporting to the VP of Sales, a Sr. Sales Executive is part of the sales team, represents the company and communicates the compelling value proposition.
Forges new business as new business development and secures new logos
Develops accounts by building relationships, expanding services, and increasing our presence
Solve business problems for customers with proven consultative selling skills
Identify opportunities and set sales strategies for defined area, territory or targeted accounts
Drives sales growth by networking, prospecting, qualifying leads and assessing customer needs
Active player as part of the Sales team
Represents our company and communicates our compelling value proposition.
Execute account plans to achieve or exceed sales goals by generating new leads and developing new clients
Build a territory identifying and qualifying opportunities; pursuing conversion of qualified leads to customers and building account revenues of new and existing clients
Develop specific growth plans at accounts
Partner with team to develop strategic projects and solutions for clients
Create multi-layered relationships at accounts
Understand industry trends and identify capability gaps required for our offering
Continuously develop industry domain knowledge of services and competitors
Travel as required to conferences, events, and client meetings
Bachelor’s degree required, MS or MBA preferred
Self-directed, results oriented, professionally competitive,high drive to win
Customer-focused while results-driven
8+ years of solution consultative sales experience at executive levels (CXO level)
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow revenue at existing clients
Strong preference consulting services experience with large-scale and mid-market businesses in healthcare and financial verticals
Active listener who translates client needs into an actionable response
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
Trustworthy and builds trusts for positive lasting relationships
Strong team player with solid organizational, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
