Our client has an immediate opening for a Corporate Counsel to support for all departments on a day to day basis. This person will be tasked with protecting our clients legal and business interests by analyzing and negotiating contracts with suppliers, vendors, employees and partners. Responsible for assuring operations are conducted in compliance with applicable law. Responsible for identifying and analyzing legal issues, presenting clear guidance and assuring compliance. Responsible for H-1B (and other) visas and green cards. Enforce our clients legal rights through litigation, negotiation and oversight of contractual and business disputes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contract drafting, negotiation and execution of agreements with clients, employees, suppliers, vendors, and partners. This includes SDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
Preparation and compliance management of H-1B and L1 Visas, extensions and terminations.
Conduct and oversee litigation matters where appropriate.
Provide legal guidance and support to senior management.
Analyze and review legal issues and prepare legal briefs on issues relevant to the company.
Ensure legal compliance in all areas of corporate operations and strategies.
Review and sign all visa and green card applications.
Review and sign satellite office site selection and lease negotiations.
Create and review corporate policies, commission plans and bonuses.
Review and approve all Commissions and Bonus payments.
Graduate of top-notch accredited law school.
10 years of relevant corporate experience.
IT Services experience a must.
Exceptional academic credentials.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Excellent organizational skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and energetic with an exceptional work ethic.
The ability to think and work independently.
The ability to problem-solve and think creatively.
