Partner closely with business partners to understand priorities and activate specific recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
Partner with dedicated business leaders to understand Consulting and Solutions services strategy, as well as specific application development needs
Build a deep pipeline of business and technology talent (primary domains include Development, BI & Analytics, Business Analysis and Project Management)
Build and maintain a diverse network of technology talent locally as well as nationally
Consistently identify, learn, and employ sourcing strategies to maintain competitiveness in the talent space
Build and maintain a perspective on talent trends in the market
Qualify candidates through effective behavioral based interviews
Manage candidate statuses in the applicant tracking system with timeliness and precision
Develop, plan, and execute recruiting events to attract top development talent and build passive talent networks
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in high-volume sourcing/recruitment of development talent
Proven sourcing skills using a variety of creative sourcing techniques
Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
Experience leveraging social media and personal networks to identify candidates
Ability to work in a high pace growth environment
Driven for results and high achievement while maintaining a positive, can do attitude.
Strong self-starter and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and influencing skills
Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours, as needed
