SUMMARY Customer service roles with an established and stable durable medical product and service provider headquartered in Tarentum, PA. Looking for friendly professionals to join their growing customer service team. Working with a caring and knowledgeable team, in this role you’ll:
• Answer incoming customer calls • Receive and process incoming orders • Enter customer information into system • Complete necessary forms and documentation • Prepare quotes and compile literature packages • Obtain authorization and related information from insurance companies • Other related activities to ensure proper set up, delivery and care plans are coordinated • Process all incoming phone and fax orders according to departmental policy and guidelines • Respond to customer concerns • Process product returns • Track related information for reporting purposes
