Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in designing digital interfaces; Body of design work demonstrating strong design process, and interaction and visual design skills.
• BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or related field or work experience as a designer(or equivalent level work experience in lieu of education)
• Expertise in wireframing and visual design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Axure, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, is expected
• Solid understanding of basic HTML, Javascript, and CSS concepts and techniques
• Familiarity using modern Javascript frameworks (such as React and Vue)
• Familiarity with database technology such as Postgres, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Understanding of TailWindCSS with ideal candidate having 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience working through the software development life cycle on software development teams and the associated tools (git, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Successfully designed & deployed code/features, working in an Agile environment

Experience:

• Collaborate daily with Software Developers, Product Managers and Engineering Management.
• Maintaining vision and understanding of UI/UX trends in the ever-changing SaaS environment 
• Passion for keeping current on trends related to front-end architectures, usability, accessibility, localization, security and web design/user experience.
• Comfortable working on a team that experiments with its processes and practices as well as evolving them when necessary.
• Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience with front-end development in Vue.js
• Comfortable working on a distributed onshore/offshore team.

Education:

• BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or related field
