Responsible for systems administration, technical support and handling escalation tickets from internal and external customers by resolving incidents through remote support tools and troubleshooting. Will be supporting Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Office tools, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware/software, networking equipment, etc. Must be customer service oriented as you will be the primary contact for technical support tickets and service requests.
4+ years of experience in technical support role, working with end-users
Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Office 365
Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems (Windows 7, 8 and 10)
Experience supporting Microsoft Servers
Working knowledge of networking devices
Customer service oriented with strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
