This position will utilize your ability to analyze, problem solve and interact with others to provide operational support for a custom, web-based, transaction processing system utilized by clients, as well as assisting in reaching goals and objectives of the business. Acting as the operational expert, this position will work with an external vendor and internal business units to support the day to day needs of the system. Primary functions include troubleshooting system issues, translating business needs into technology requirements, designing test plans and testing system enhancements, collaborating with an external vendor and internal groups, tracking activities and issues, participating in conference calls, and creating and managing project plans. As a member of this fast-paced team, a background in project management methodology and technical operations experience within a financial services environment will serve as the foundation for your success. Requirements and Qualifications - 2 year college degree required; Bachelor degree in business or business related field preferred
- 5 years business experience required; 5 years in the financial services industry preferred;
- Mutual Fund or financial services industry experience required;
- Knowledge of industry standard processes and systems required.
