SUMMARY A Cranberry Township, PA based manufacturer requires an Accounts Payable Assistant. We are looking for someone that enjoys processing payables.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Accounts payable invoice matching to supporting documentation. • Collecting all necessary approvals for invoices. • Accounts payable invoice vouchering the software system. • Weekly check run and related activities. • Expense report processing. • Corporate credit card reconciliations. • Gather invoices for monthly accruals. • Spending analysis by vendor. • Documenting processes. • Filing and scanning. • Provide assistance to the accounting supervisors.
Weekly work schedule of Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Pay around $20.00 an hour.
REQUIREMENTS • Must have accounts payable experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Must be very organized, meet deadlines, and have ability to take on new tasks. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
