Design and implement overall IT landscape to support business operations for a critical LANXESS business segment for which Cybersecurity is of upmost importance
Evaluate IT risks and roll out Cybersecurity best practices across the landscape (Win10/O365/3rd Party SaaS apps)
Ensure smooth operation of the landscape to support reliable and effective business operations
Provide end-user support to ~20 specialized users, including answering IT questions and solving IT issues
Prepare and manage the IT end-user and networking equipment underpinning the IT environment
Participate in IT security audits to demonstrate compliance with CMMC, ITAR, and other IT security frameworks and requirements
General education; tertiary qualification in Information Technology; ITIL Foundation
Five years previous experience managing end users and the cloud environment
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting MS365 tenant and connected devices
Experience building and supporting a small-medium sized IT environment including MS INTUNE, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), etc.
Experience working with internal and external auditors to design and support best-practice IT Cybersecurity practices and procedures
Ability to work effectively with end users both in person and remote to resolve their IT issues
Project management experience a plus
