IBR, a national executive search firm, whose principals, have nearly 20 years experience building client and candidate relationships within the firm’s existing industry sectors. We are now aggressively growing into new markets and service offerings, and seek to hire, grow, develop and promote an up-and-coming professional to be a positive influence and force in our expanding market research and social media-based marketing function.
The desired professional will possess at least 2 years career experience but may have more dependent on their individual situation. Core competencies of the desired candidate shall be in any of the following areas; corporate marketing (including consumer research), data-mining/research, departmental administrative assistant (e.g. senior EA to the marketing or sales head of a company)
Prior career experience can and should include at least some combination of the following;
Using social media for outbound business communication (both “push” and “pull” methodology desired) to current and/or potential customer or users of your products and services
Prior experience using any sort of sales software or internal database (software or cloud based) for data management purposes
Demonstrated prior work experience in a B2B or B2C work experience executing marketing or consumer research projects that further demonstrate project deliverables, personal decision making and working cross-functionally with other managers or departments
A must have of this position is an out-going personality with a desire to speak directly and very regularly amongst peers and senior management.
Strong written communication skills to external parties (e.g. customers and prospects, or general social media)
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel
This is an entry level position requiring 2 years of Online Research experience.
Additional Salary Information: Salary plus Bonus
