Participate in the analysis, design, configuration, implementation and support of new and existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software applications. Act in the capacity to manage and complete multiple tasks and participate in cross-functional teams to analyze both the business processes and functional capabilities of selected information systems related primarily to Finance, Human Resources and Payroll, to properly design and/or configure SaaS applications to meet University objectives, strategic plans and business requirements. Must be able to integrate/interface new systems with current University applications and external vendor systems. Must work independently on tasks that aggregate to the entire application life cycle. The incumbent will participate with a cross-functional ERP team on a daily basis and act as a liaison to the Finance, Office of Human Resources and Payroll departments. This position is also responsible for top tier support of ERP applications.
Must be able to prioritize assignments and tasks to meet deadlines. Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) to project team members, management and the University community.
Combination of education, experience and/or industry certifications will be considered in lieu of education. Individual must have experience with business processes related to Finance, Payroll and Human Resources.
