SUMMARY This company makes technical industrial equipment. They have around 150 staff in their Butler, PA facility. They are looking for someone to join their customer service team in taking, expediting, and billing orders. This includes domestic and international shipments. There are four people in this department, and you will have your own customers. They offer a very stable calm environment with low employee turnover, and established staff. Then there are some newer people who are learning their roles and growing.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Processing customer orders and preparing quotes. • Tracking orders, updating customers. • Coordinating with other departments like maintenance and repair, parts, shipping, and accounting. • Explaining issues to customers, explaining technical information, and solving problems. • Expediting international shipments (customs documentation etc.). • Scheduling maintenance and repair requests. • Processing invoicing.
Full time Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm work schedule. Competitive salary and benefits.
REQUIREMENTS • Experience processing orders in manufacturing or a similar industry. • Customer service experience. • Experience with international orders is not required (training will be given-lots of training). • Detail oriented and accurate. • Good Word and Excel and math skills. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
