The successful Product Manager is passionate about supporting patients and providers throughout the medication journey and engaging them at the right times with meaningful insights, through data-driven decision making, developing a deep understanding of customer and end-user needs, and creating elegant and scalable solutions to pervasive industry pain points.

What You Will Do:
Lead product development and identify key opportunities for new and enhanced offerings supporting patient access to specialty medications, with a focus on affordability solutions (retail pharmacy copay, provider Buy&Bill reimbursement and SP focus) Manage entire product lifecycle: ideation, business case, development, release, analysis, and iteration.
Own the market opportunity and addressable market of your product portfolio. Perform market studies and competitive analysis to identify product value proposition and market differentiation opportunities.
Track evolving user needs, industry trends, and competitor activity, and develop a nuanced understanding of patient, provider and pharmacy workflows .
Be a champion for our product vision throughout the organization. To do this, you will need to build strong partnerships with a broad range of talented stakeholders including technology, marketing, sales, and operations
Ensure smooth implementation of products and services through proactive launch management, and GTM strategy internally and externally.
Be the voice of the customer and work to deliver compelling and engaging user experiences. To do so, your focus should be on end user experiences as you work to adopt best practices for continuous improvements.
What We Need From You:
A Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum and we prefer a major in business, marketing, engineering, or computer science. If you have an MBA, that’s even better!
At least 3 years of professional experience in product management. This experience must include strategic planning and implementation.
Biopharma is our specialty and while we do prefer that experience, we think product management experience in healthcare or adjacent industries lends itself well to our specialty.
Understanding of financial technology and innovation in the healthcare ecosystem and ability to practically apply emerging technologies to patients and providers reimbursement to improve speed to payment.
