This position is located in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh, PA and can be Full Time or Contract to Hire. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience performing Accounting and HR functions within a small to medium size business.

Accounts Payable Check Review & Release
Accounts Receivable Collection for select problem accounts.
Support administrative procedures as issues arise; develop procedures, policies.
Insurance related issues
OSHA data gathering for customer report request.
Customer credit checks for new customers
Customer document review (contracts & new customer setup); Customer questionnaires
State Sales / Use tax returns
Network IT support & user IT support
Efficiency Review / Meetings / Discussions
Cell Phone Replacements
Technical support with notebooks and phones & eMobile tablet issues
3 to 5 years of professional experience working within an HR and Accounting function.
Experience with accounting software used in small to medium size businesses (Jonas, QuickBooks, etc.).
MS Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
Additional Salary Information: 5% to 10% bonus based on company performance
