SUMMARY We are currently working with a highly technical Butler County manufacturer with over 90 years in business to identify an HR Assistant. Reporting to an HR Manager, the HR Assistant will work collaboratively with the HR Manager and HR Generalist to administer the human resources functions for approximately 200 employees worldwide.

POSITION Responsibilities will span across employee benefits, recruiting, employee orientation, employee activities, employee services, records maintenance, safety, etc. while complying with applicate state and federal regulations.
BASE REQUIREMENTS • Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered. • 2+ years of experience in human resources, including recruiting and employee benefits. • Manufacturing experience preferred. • Experience in safety is a plus. • Experience with Microsoft Office products. • HR software experience a plus. • Ability to work independently with a high level of detail and accuracy required. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
