Our client has an immediate need for a Apple Support Specialist, who will be responsible for providing support and technical assistance with Apple MacOS computer hardware systems, installing, upgrading software, and troubleshooting IT issues.
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
3-5 years of experience with Apple MacOS support and administration
Experience with MS MFA, Two Factor Technologies, and their application in OSX space
Experience with O365 capabilities on OSX, including deployment of the local clients
Experience with Apple Business Manager
Experience with troubleshoot and resolve complex 3rd level desktop related issues
Experience with MS Intune and MS Azure AD
Experience with understand patch management process for OSX based operating systems
Experience with packaging and sequencing software applications
Developing and deploy Microsoft Intune based security and configuration policies to our existing OSX devices
Developing new hire onboarding for Mac user base
Document best practices and mentor junior support teams to improve knowledge of MacOS platform
Reduce and eliminate operations and maintenance duties by analyzing and root cause analysis initiative
Implement end user computing security best practices as per the Information Security roadmap
