Bachelor Degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree required; in Business or Business related field preferred
One year experience in financial services industry required; experience in project, relationship management or product management preferred
General knowledge of mutual fund business functions and operations required
Knowledge of Federated products, operations, organization and systems preferred
Understanding of industry standard operating processes and systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft office required.
Provide day-to-day operational and service support for specialized products (Irish, UK, Canadian, and Cayman Islands-domiciled funds.)
Through reporting, daily interaction and periodic meetings, oversee the operations of the transfer agents supporting Globally Registered Products
Coordinate implementation of system and product changes
Create and maintain issues lists and project plans
Assist with complex projects as needed
Review, document and evaluate impact of system or operational changes
Review all planned communications produced by marketing, legal and investor communications, modify as needed and facilitate distribution to vendors and clients
Create and manage the development of project plans, business plans, cost analysis studies, testing and implementation
Compile and produce statistical information and reports for management meetings.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal groups including product management, client services, decision support, legal and marketing to understand their business goals/objectives and to address administrative, operational and service and support issues. Maintain positive business relationships with the transfer agents and vendors.
Based on feedback from the groups noted above, identify and analyze products, services and efficiency gains which can assist in reaching business goals/objectives.
Perform detailed tracking of activities related to the specialized products, analyze activity, report trends, and elevate issues, concerns.
Demonstrate good customer service skills and ability to interact with clients and vendors located worldwide (primarily throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas).
