This position reports to the head of sales to execute on a growth plan, with a focus on outreach and prospecting new leads. The candidate must have the ability to work independently within a small team and being able to manage deadlines is essential. The individual will also have excellent attention to detail, be creative and be an excellent communicator.
Understanding the Rimsys product in its full capacity
Creating a successful Sales prospecting program and improving current processes
Prospecting net new accounts
Identifying key decision makers and influencers
Qualifying new sales opportunities and scheduling a discovery and demonstration meeting
Driving education and interest of the Rimsys platform
Qualifying and moving inbound leads in the sales funnel
Tracking sales activity and progression in CRM and scheduled outreach programs
Helping to identify prospect’s requirements
Collaborating with product management to relay prospect feature requests
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the sales and marketing field
Experience with qualifying new leads, inbound and outbound
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent planning and communication skills - verbal and written
Ability to create and execute sales process plans
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas
Experience with startup company preferred
Some travel may be required
Knowledge of the medical device or other regulated industry a plus

A strong background in information technology and software sales
Initial duties will include: qualifying and converting new sales opportunities, and assisting Account Executives with their needs
Ability to function effectively in a self-directed environment and interact well with other teams (product management, software development, and marketing)
Familiarity with software programs: G Suite, HubSpot (or other CRM)
Bachelor's degree is required. Degree in Engineering, Life Science, Physical Science, or a related field is preferred.
