We’re looking for an experienced demand generation manager to establish and scale the demand system that will fuel our growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact with an early-stage high-growth company.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for all demand generation activities, creating multi-touch, integrated campaigns for the medical device industry that generate market awareness, capture buyers’ interest, and deliver a qualified sales pipeline. You will work broadly across strategy, execution, operations, and analysis, helping us establish world-class marketing processes and technologies.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute campaigns leveraging content, email, web, ads, webinars, and events to achieve quarterly pipeline goals
Develop ABM strategies and campaigns to reach strategic accounts
Optimize our online experience from paid channels (SEM, display, retargeting, social) to inbound optimization (SEO, web, lead capture)
Partner with sales on targets, campaigns, scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting
Measure and report on campaign performance and pipeline targets, and continually optimize campaigns to increase ROI
Work in Hubspot to create email nurture programs, segmented lists and campaign assets—including emails, landing pages, and forms
Manage vendors and agencies to create deliverables and execute program plans
5+ years of experience in B2B digital/demand marketing
SaaS experience, with a focus on enterprise sales
Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue
Deep understanding of ABM strategies and tactics
Expertise with a variety of marketing tools, such as Hubspot, Linkedin, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords
Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing attribution
Quick learner, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your own work
