Overview of Duties
Provides ongoing hardware and software support for all technologies
Addresses help desk tickets efficiently and in a timely manner
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Install updates and configuration modifications to both PC’s and Mac’s
Support mobile devices, including Android and IOS
Ensures workstation operating system has the latest security updates, service packs, and manages BIOS & driver maintenance
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in IT with entry level experience OR current college student looking for internship experience
Knowledge of computer systems, networks, printers and peripherals a plus
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
