SUMMARY This position is open due to an increase in business. This person will assist two Project Administrators at this construction company in Cranberry Township. This person does data entry, organization of project documentation and emailing of documents.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Emailing subcontractors documentation and then follow up on those documents. • Setting up new project folders in the software system. • Coding and entering subcontractor accounting information into the system. • Processing mailing. • Updating project files.
20-30 hours per week. You tell us how many hours you want to work and what schedule (must be between Monday - Friday daylight). This position is temporary or possibly temp to hire (either part-time or full-time). That would depend on sustained business and possible growth; and the number of hours you want in the future. Pays $16-18.00 an hour to start.
REQUIREMENTS • Professional administrative experience. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Good Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
