SUMMARY We search our little world over to find awesome people to work with our customers. Our customers are awesome companies in the North Pittsburgh region. We are working with a Financial Services provider in Wexford to find a dependable professional to provide administrative support to the President of the company. Duties include: • Scheduling client appointments. • Preparing correspondence, documents, and presentations. • Tracking information. • Providing technical assistance. • Creating and maintaining electronic client files. • Other related duties related to supporting the President of the company.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a schedule of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with some flexibility and some overtime. A full benefit package is offered including health care, paid time off, retirement plan upon hire as well as an hourly pay rate of $18.
