SUMMARY Healthcare provider in the Oakmont area of Pittsburgh, PA, requires an Office Assistant to process records. This is a small professional office with 5 employees. There are no patients in the office.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Enter patient records and doctors’ orders into the medical records system. • Print the record and fax to the doctors’ offices for signature and completion. • Check faxes coming back for completion. • Scan and upload records to the software system.
This is expected to be around a 3-month position. Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm fulltime, OR we would consider someone who wants to work 3 days per week. $15.00 - $16.00 an hour.
REQUIREMENTS • Office experience. • Data entry, scanning, and software skills. • Accuracy and organizational skills. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
