Our client is seeking a full time (8-4) Customer Support Specialist that is patient, professional, detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and has a genuine desire to help clients be successful. This position will manage help desk tickets and train clients (phone and zoom). The ideal candidate will have a background in education and is comfortable using software and excellent personal skills.
This position utilizes a hybrid structure - two days in the office, three days from home and will be an Independent Contractor for 6 months to start (negotiable).
Education background preferred.
