All Lines Technology is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to start ASAP! We need an additional member to assist on our Service Desk as well as help in supporting various projects.
Perform day to day technical maintenance on computers and VOIP phones
Assist with creating and starting meetings in conference rooms
Supervise the installing, testing, diagnosing and maintenance of the operating system, application systems programs and procedures on computers and servers personal computers.
Assemble, install or assist service personnel in the configuration of hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives.
Respond to inquiries through diagnosing system hardware, software, and operator problems involving systems operations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems and replace defective components
Identify and procure the hardware or software needed to optimize the network and satisfy user requirements.
Maintain users on the network, assigning application access, ensuring security, and making sure their configurations are within standards.
Coordinate activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups
Keep and monitor all supply levels regarding software programs, computer supplies, toner, networking equipment and phone,
Maintain software and hardware inventory and tracking systems including ACAA phones, laptops, etc.
Provide Help Desk Support.
Perform other related tasks as assigned or required.
