The Technical Project Manager will lead our Agile efforts by managing the flow of work for multiple software development projects and our IT infrastructure’s change management.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a driving force in the organization and workflow of the next iteration of our clinical decision support platform and work with the team to support development of product features, automation, and deployments of software services that compose the platform. This role is responsible for making sure that business objectives are met, communication between team members is effective, and the software development cycle is streamlined.
Key member of the team in creating and managing Agile processes to help us meet our software development and infrastructure objectives
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Track resource availability and allocation
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs for our development and infrastructure elements
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Supply input on, and management of, policies and procedures for secure audits such as HITRUST
Collaborate across teams that design, develop, and launch new features
Administer our cross-department Jira system
Become the go-to expert for what each feature does and where it is in the process
Assist with onboarding of new team members
Provide administration in our Azure DevOps platform
Requires bachelors degree in an information-technology field or equivalent
Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban with proficiency in Jira
Able to excel in a diverse technological environment consisting of many technology environments
Experience managing data intensive software platforms, web applications, and mobile apps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Experience in a healthcare IT environment is a plus
Understanding of security and data protection is a plus
