SUMMARY This Industrial Service provider is looking for a well-rounded person who has worked in a small business to join their office in Butler, PA. You will have years of office experience in many areas like orders, customer service, inventory, accounting and administrative. Work hours are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Small business with a relaxed casual vibe in the office. Pay rate is $20.00 – $22.00 an hour.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Answering phones and assisting customers. • Taking, entering, and tracking orders. Provide pricing and inventory information to customers. • Organize pricing information and updating inventory tracking. • Will be taught to put together quotes and prepare purchase orders.
REQUIREMENTS • At least ten years of experience as an Office Manager, or in a similar position with exposure to a variety of roles such as administrative, customer service, accounting, inventory, and orders. • Has worked for a small company in a similar environment that is more industrial like contracting. • Able to work on multiple tasks. • Customer service and team support. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with QuickBooks helpful, not required. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
