Prequel Solutions is seeking candidates for a full time Dynamics 365 Consulting position for a MSFT Gold Certified partner with offices in Pittsburgh, PA and Tampa, FLA. Client is seeking candidates with 1-2 years experience with Dynamics 365 either in a consulting or super user role. They will consider candidates with experience in Great Plains or Navision ERP products. In this role you will be involved in working across a portfolio of clients providing services including but not limited to:
Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its Add-On products
Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of Dynamics 365 Business Central processes and procedures
Develop strategies for Business Central implementations at new and existing customers
Research new opportunities and features within Business Central and be able to demonstrate the features to prospects and the internal team
Work on various Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and Dynamics CRM and SQL projects and support issues
Provide end-user support to Dynamics 365 customer base

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
1+ years experience working with Microsoft NAV/BC applications as a superuser or consultant
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central development environment
Excellent client service skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate into system configuration and processes
Experience with at least one of the following technologies, preferred: Microsoft Azure, Power BI, SQL Reporting Services, or Jet Reports
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and customer service skills
