Data Conversion Specialist
A specialized technology company, located north of Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Data Conversion Specialist. Responsibilities: Will provide high-level client service for clients, including managing and performing a conversion of the client’s source database(s) into Company CRM and effectively implementing the Company CRM software. Work closely with clients from the time of the signed contract and installation, through the final data conversion, including post conversion issues. Perform ETL processes on data. Extract customer data, transform it into conversion/product specifications, and load it into Company CRM using various tools. Execute implementation and setup tasks for new clients, including data extract, mapping, and migration.
