We have an exciting opportunity for Client Consultant on our Relationship Management team in Warrendale, PA! (Hybrid location – office/remote)
What You’ll Do
As a Client Consultant and member of the Relationship Management team within Investor Services, you will develop and maintain relationships with intermediary and institutional clients and provide exceptional client service and support within the Broker Dealer Cash & Institutional Cash market sectors. You will also be responsible for client onboarding, assisting in contract negotiations, participating in projects, troubleshooting, resolving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with the products and services delivered!
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Minimum of three years’ experience in financial services required; relationship management experience preferred
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Knowledge of market-related products, funds, industry, operations and services
