We are seeking a Business Development Executive, CI Life Science and Medical Devices, to join our expanding team.
This role will focus primarily on identifying, quantifying and scaling business opportunities associated with ChemImage (CI) medical devices and our cutting-edge technology and software to offer clinicians and patients better solutions. We do this by initiating, creating and managing relationships with strategic partners.
Principal (Essential Duties):
- Conduct market research and analysis in the potential avenues for expansion
- In collaboration with internal partners, lead the development of business strategic planning, including revenue models and cost-to-completion projections
- Identify, evaluate and engage with potential business partners to present value propositions with the goal of collaboration
- Develop and achieve annual revenue targets in identified markets and product sectors
- Manage and nurture strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and communicate uncertainties and risks; implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Control the systematic execution of concurrent projects to ensure that commitments are met within established scope, budget, schedule and timeline
- Evaluate, improve and report the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance profitability and qualitative results
- Engage in effective feedback systems to monitor and communicate operational and strategic alignment with interdepartmental objectives
- Prepare and manage departmental budget and profitability metrics

Experience/Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 10 years of work experience
- MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the medical life science, business development or mergers and acquisitions
- A strong medical acumen
