Chorus Call seeks an individual to manage virtual meetings, process reservations, and provide customer service.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and managing virtual meetings
- Processing customer reservations and inquiries
- Working with satellite offices to coordinate high profile events
- Establishing a good rapport with customers
- Handling customer service requests
- Participating in customer-focused teams
- Cross training in other departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good phone presence
- Excellent verbal/English skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Customer service / call center / help desk experience preferred
- PC/Windows basic skills required
- Knowledge of a second language [Spanish or Portuguese] a plus
