***1 to 3 years of IT experience including Windows deployment***

Opening with our client for a Thin Client Deployment Technician to perform software installations, computer re-deployments and installation of network printer drivers for desktop computer stations.

You will travel to different locations around the Pittsburgh area to perform set up and installation of computers and peripherals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer technology and/or equivalent work experience
• CompTIA A+, MCP, and/or Network certifications preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of IT experience
• Proven experience with computer set up and installation along with experience installing network printers
• Thin client experience with deployments and upgrades
• Experience with Windows 10 deployments
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft operating system troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with data migration 
• Strong documentation skills from issue to resolution.
• Proven customer service and communication skills (via in person, email and phone communication)
• Current driver's license with reliable transportation
