We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager with experience working for software or technology companies who will support our sales and marketing teams. Enablement is a critical part of our growing company. The Sales Enablement Manager will create and facilitate classroom and virtual instructor-led training for sales and other departments as needed. They will also be responsible for developing content and materials outlining sales processes and methodology and managing sales and marketing technology to optimize processes.
The ideal candidate has sales enablement experience, excellent verbal and written skills, takes a collaborative approach, and a strong interest in doing work that drives results. The Sales Enablement Specialist will have experience building enablement curriculums for sales teams. They will have experience with common sales and marketing technology. They will also be aware of consultative selling trends and integrate them into the content and materials to make them relevant to sales teams today.
We’re looking for a strong communicator who excels at simplifying complex ideas to develop impactful training content and programs that help our sales people to be successful in their jobs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be comfortable with technology and be results-driven. They must have a passion for creativity, collaboration, content creation and communications.
This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for creating and managing content and processes that seamlessly unite the sales and marketing team knowledge and processes to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- You will create, design and execute enablement training for our sales teams, both in person and virtually
- Support ongoing development and certification programs for sales teams including: facilitation, content creation, processes, practices, and technologies needed to enable success
- Manage processes for and sales access to Zoominfo, Salesloft, Hubspot, Salesforce, and any other technology that HackEDU adopts for sales.
- Work in partnership with leaders across HackEDU’s business, including sales, customer success, operations, product, marketing, and more.
- Utilize creative techniques and various delivery mechanisms to reach a distributed sales organization
- Iterate/maintain enablement materials as necessary
- Co-build, author and deliver materials internal sales knowledge base.
- Stay up to date on sales best practices, product, and the ongoing HackEDU marketing activities that drive sales
- Gather feedback from the business to consistently improve enablement efforts

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in sales, sales training and/or sales enablement for software and/or Saas businesses
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience with developing new enablement curriculum and collateral for instructor-led, eLearning learning, and self-directed learning modules
- Experience managing leading sales technology such as: Zoominfo, Salesloft, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- Demonstrated coordination, collaboration and organization with cross-functional teams
- Ability to managing multiple projects at once, prioritization, a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to assess enablement effectiveness
- Experience in a Saas business, technology, or cybersecurity strongly preferred
