We are seeking a Level I, IT Administrative support person to work with our current client that is K-12 School District.

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL as well as SOME TECHNICAL PASSION and EXPERIENCE

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK, PA AND FEDERAL FINGERPRINT CHECK

Someone that has both hands-on and phone experience.
We are looking for a Help Desk Engineer candidate to work full time for our company
Will be an Onsite at School District
Identifying and troubleshooting problems
Maintaining hardware and software
Replacing or repairing equipment
Must be willing to learn and have positive attitude
Working closely with Technical Team, School Administration and Students
Managing workstations
Managing multiple issues at one time
Providing general technical support
School District experience

Qualities:

Excellent with oral and written communication.
Strong leadership skills
Self-motivated.
Problem-solving.
Willing to learn new technology.
Flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Multitasking and completing projects according to their scheduled deadlines.
