This position is a remote position. The Client Partner is responsible for identifying and securing new clients, executing on an account plan to maximize revenue. This role entails significant responsibility in developing new business to Fortune 500 and/or middle-market companies, managing the client relationship at executive levels, and providing direction and oversight to project teams. 

• Aggressively identify opportunities to staff clients Data Analytics and Data management projects
• Actively identify and generate leads through strategic sales and marketing plan
• Develop new business partnerships with customers in mid-market across industries
• Heavy outbound cold calls targeting companies; maintain ongoing follow-up with prospective clients and identify key decision makers to enable the closure of short and long-term consulting services deals
• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to grow business relationships within territory; research decision makers to introduce services and present solutions
• Plan and execute contract negotiations to ensure goals are being met according to leadership expectations
• Handle all customer issues and ensure client satisfaction by creating and applying effective strategies to maintain business relationships
• Manage a complete sales cycle from cold calling to contract closure, managing and setting expectations for client needs
• Maintain sales progress, conversion, pipeline and related sales activities on a weekly basis

Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience selling Data Analytics, Data Management, or Data Engineering consulting services solutions
• A demonstrated track record of achieving YOY or consistent quotas to prove closing ability is essential
• Mature business development, project management and consulting skills; writing and presentation of business solutions
• Business skills: listening, clarifying, asking questions, recommending, proposing ideas and solutions
• Positive attitude, excellent customer communications skills and the ability to act on own initiative with a strong commitment to customer service
