eNGINE is hiring an IT Analyst for a position in the Greater Pittsburgh area. The IT Analyst's role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes actively resolving end-user service desk requests and break-fix issues, coordinating with other members of the IT department, and working alongside 2nd and 3rd level support resources, as needed.

What you will do:

• Provide Level I support to end users
• Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent recurring issues.
• Alert management to any emerging trends in incidents.
• Facilitate set-up, configuration, and deployment of personal computing devices and printers.
• Assist in software releases.

• Escalate incidents with accurate documentation to appropriate parties, when required.
• Maintain accurate records of all IT physical assets utilized by end users (personal computing devices, peripherals, printers, etc.)
• Provide suggestions for continual improvement.

What we need from you:

• Availability to be on-site 5 days a week
• Proficient computer skills (Office 365, Windows, Internet Explorer).
• Knowledge of Cisco, Windows Server 2019, VMWare, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred OR equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk or similar role
