Customer Experience Manager
Bizowie Cloud ERP is seeking a full-time, Pittsburgh-based Customer Experience Manager to expand the operations team working on our Bizowie Cloud ERP™ platform. Responsibilities include: Proactively work with customer account contacts to ensure that they have an excellent experience, are empowered to get the best results from our product, and understand support processes and procedures as our company rapidly scales Work closely with Director of Operations to ensure all customer escalation matters are handled in a timely fashion Connect customers with internal (customer service, sales, documentation) and external (implementation partner, channel partner) resources Handle support escalations Bizowie Cloud ERP
