Performs administrative duties requiring experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Serves as an effective administrative partner to support Technology leadership at the Vice President level. Serves as teammate within the Technology administrative team, working together to support the department’s business objectives. Provides assistance in managing and organizing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence and reports, travel arrangements, expense reporting and invoice processing. Planning and executing team events and assisting with department-wide Tech events.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate external and internal meetings and working sessions;
Screen telephone calls and email correspondence
Receives and directs visitors as needed
Assist with new hire onboarding process and scheduling including ordering equipment.
Organize travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements
Draft routine and non-routine correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc.
Prepare and submit expenses and process invoices
Support Technology administrative team as backup as needed; other assigned projects as needed.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
College degree preferred
3-5 years of experience
3+ years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio
Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading capabilities
Experience or background in technology a plus
Ability to multi-task, working both independently and on a team
